This pale unfiltered hoppy lager has been meticulously crafted with the finest ingredients. It pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head. The addition of comet hops adds a grassy, citrus note that announces its presence without being overpowering. This beer is made with beautiful Tahoe water that adds a soft and crisp base for us to layer our malt and hop profiles. A cool fermentation temperature allows this beer to retain a clean complexity that allows for year-round enjoyment. It is a hybrid between a California Common and a Keller Pils (Unfiltered German Pilsner), which are two of our favorite styles here at AleWorX. We wanted to create something unique but that also has its roots in styles we admire and appreciate. Cheers!
