Classic blend of American hops give a pungent juicy quality full of grapefruit and pine. Slightly malty finish with notes of caramel. Dry hopped with Centennial and Chinook.
Ridge Trail was classified as a dry-hopped Amber for some time. In August of 2017 Ridge Trail was re-classified as an American Pale Ale. The recipe was changed for a lighter color and bigger hop character, but is otherwise the same beer. We feel that Pale Ale was always a more accurate descriptor and wanted to bring the recipe in line with what the beer always was in flavor and aroma anyway. Cheers! -WRB
