A delicious quick mead of Ohio wildflower honey and blueberries. "Quick mead" is drunk relatively soon after primary fermentation and tends to have brighter and more primary flavors of honey and fruit. Adding an infusion of sage gives the mead herbaceous and earthy flavors.
