Schlappeseppel Weißbier is a very soft beer, because wheat malt " has only a very fine peel. Brewing by top fermentation with cultured yeast provides this wheat beer with a fruity and/or even flowery aroma. Due to the higher content of carbonic acid it is especially refreshing and digestible.
