Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailMoutere Single Hop Pale Ale

Moutere is the 7th in our series of single hop pale ales. In this series, all the grains stay the same, the ABV is the same (5.5%ABV) and the one hop variety changes. Moutere is a New Zealand hop variety introduced in 2015. We used Moutere at all three points in the brewing process to evaluate the quality of bitterness, flavor, and aroma. This hop variety can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop and has both citrus and resinous characteristics.
