We used fresh peeled ginger and raw Michigan wildflower honey to ferment this mead, and then aged it in rye whiskey barrels. This is the mad creation of Ian Radogost-Givens, meadmaker extraordinaire and partner at B. Netkar. Keep an eye out for his creations. He will soon be leading up our experiMental B-Sides series, and our barrel series.
