Taking inspiration from Yadokai, our infamous sake-inspired 13% beer packed with umami character and yuzu, Yokai brings the delights of salty umami seaweed balanced with bright yuzu citrus. These ingredients were used so well in it’s predecessor but are now more accessible in an easy going session beer.
