This cider is made from a blend of traditional English, French and American cider apples. Like wine grapes, true cider apples have an ideal balance of tannins, acid and sugar needed to produce a fermented beverage. A secondary bottle fermentation creates natural carbonation. Golden, bubbly, and semi-dry, Bittersweet is crisp and fruity, with a hint of earthy tannins. Pairs well with most foods. Serve Chilled.
