Every year we celebrate Mead Day with a meadmaking demonstration for our fans. In 2010, we made 6 gallons of this revolutionary mead using black tea spiced with ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove, cardamom, vanilla beans, and brown sugar. After a year the spice has mellowed and allowed the other flavors to balance out nicely. This mead has a huge nose that will fill the room when poured. An after dinner delight or a fantastic mulling sipper.
