Dry Hopped Mead gets its name from the dominant citrus-like flavor and aroma imparted from the dry hopping process, which involves aging the mead with fresh whole leaf hops. It is clear gold/ yellow in appearance. Cascade hops contribute its strong fruity aroma with hints of pine, grapefruit, and subtle floral notes. An enhanced mouth-feel results in a medium-full bodied wine that has a well balanced burst of fresh grapefruit flavor, subtle hint of honey and natural bitterness of the hops.
