Sahtipaja Pilot Series is aimed to involve the customers in the development of new beers and meads. Instead of brewing small batches for internal testing we have decided to brew a bit larger batches and distribute them to selected bars. Customer feedback via beer rating sites and through social media will give us a better picture of what people like and want to drink instead of we deciding this for them. Sahtipaja Pilot Series Jordgubbste is a Session Mead brewed with a mix of black tea and strawberries. Let us know what you think!
