Sometimes, innovation means digging into the brewing archives. The historical Grodziskie - nicknamed the “Polish Champagne” - originated in the Polish town Grodzisk Wiekopolski in the early 1600s. Brewed to tradition, we used 100% oak smoked wheat in the mash, noble hops in the boil, and a clean german ale yeast to produce a smoky, dry, crisp, and effervescent ale at an extremely drinkable 3.3% ABV (17 IBU).
