Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, flaked barley, pale chocolate malt, black malt, and brown malt which gives this beer a rich robust flavor. Chinook and cascade hops are added to the boil that add bitterness that balances out the sweetness from the malts. After fermentation we added 5lbs of local Firetower Ethiopian coffee beans to the fermenter. The coffee beans add a unique and complex aroma and taste.
