Johann is fermented on our house yeast which produces peach and mango esters. Johann is hopped solely with Citra and fermented on peaches. This beer has a huge creamy mouthfeel due to the oats and Madagascar vanilla beans. Notes of ripe peach and mandarin orange round it out to give it a creamsicle feel.
