A Märzen-style lager finished with real maple syrup (collected at Indian Creek Nature Center) in Cedar Ridge Distillery barrels on Sugar Maple spirals. The re-fermentation removes the sweetness of the syrup and infuses the maple flavoring in a very smooth and mild beer that pairs wonderfully with grilled and bbq’d foods.
