This is a new beer that was produced after waiting for some of our sour brown ale barrels to "ripen" and take of the flavors of the wild yeast and the oak barrels until we thought they were ready to be blended and bottled. This batch is a blend of 6 barrels, 4 of one batch and 2 of another, the mix of which has created a totally new beer. Intensely sour with hints of oak and funk.
