The Duvil in Miss Jones is a Sour Belgian Golden Ale. Brewed as an homage to the world-class Duvel, but with a twist, as in a lemony acidity that provides just enough tartness without being overbearing. The tart notes also help mask the alcohol, at 8.5% ABV.
We cellared this brew for 2 years after bottling, releasing it at the Winter Solstice Celebration this past December 2014.
