Blend consists of our saisons, farmhouse ales, mixed fermentation projects, and pLambics. This blend contains beers that were brewed with Sicilian oranges, Champagne grapes, and three different bacterial blends. The entire blend was aged in Armagnac oak demi maids. Long term bottle conditioned (6 months). Very highly carbonated as dictated by tradition(over 3.5volumes) so open cold and allow to warm.
