This India Pale Ale features Falconer’s Flight, a proprietary blend of some of the Pacific Northwest’s best hops, developed by Hopunion, LLC to honor and support the legacy of late Northwest brewing legend Glen Hay Falconer. Each hop in the blend was hand selected for its superior aromatic qualities, imparting distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon & grapefruit tones. Hopunion is contributing proceeds from each Falconer’s Flight purchase to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, which provides scholarships in brewing education.
