A colossal over-fruited "smoothie" style Berliner Weisse. Based in our classic Berliner Weisse, we double the grain bill and add healthy doses of lactose sugar in the boil to elevate the body. After fermentation we condition this beer on over one pound per gallon of Guava and Mango puree. The resulting liquid displays huge tropical fruit aromas, offers a thick and satisfying body, well shrouded alcohol and explodes with unending rich and luscious tropical fruit flavors.
