Our Berliner Weisse is brewed with an heirloom variety pilsner malt from Germany and the finest American grown wheat money could buy. The fine malts we chose impart a rich and grainy base which is married with the refreshing tartness achieved by kettle souring with a blend of Lactobacillus. This low ABV wheat ale has bright notes of citrus and a tart finish that refreshes your palette for the next sip...and the next...and the next....and the, well you get the idea. It's delicious!
