This one is a blend of Saison Meer: Gin Barrel, Rafters, and Tradition. Descriptions of the components of the blend are as follows:Saison Meer: Gin Barrel is the base Midwestern saison aged in gin barrels and has seen several releases and will be released again in the nearish future. Rafters is a variation of Saison Meer but instead of Michigan hops, it uses aged whole-leaf hops from the Pacific Northwest with a hopping schedule similar to what is used in lambic production. Tradition is yet another blonde saison, this one fermented in stainless rather than oak and is brewed with Noble hops rather than American hops. Tradition will be a frequent release and will see initial bottle sales soon. The first batch of Tradition is a bit more tart than Saison Meer, though I would still describe it as "tart" rather than "sour."
