A tweak on our IPA hop schedule has landed us with a fruit bomb ready for the changing season. Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, with some super-late Cascade via the hopback really standing out. The late and dry hop additions, along with a malty sweetness, result in a smooth and juicy IPA.
