This 80 Shilling/Scottish Export style ale crafted for malt lovers with complex aromas and flavors of caramel, toffee, honeycomb, sweet brown bread/biscuits. A subtle nuance of low raisin/date-like fruitiness exists as we note that the beer is a bit drier then perceived with low-mild bitterness and a clean malty finish. Easy to drink more than one and is complimentary with virtually everything on our menu, in particular, the outstanding carnitas and carne asada!
