The beer pours deep gold with a bit of haze from the yeast. The nose is dominated by Belgian yeast fruit notes with no discernable hop aroma. This carries thru in the flavor, once again with the yeast character dominating and hops only present for balance. There is a dry finish with a touch of alcohol heat.
