Our Norse Pale Ale is fermented with traditional yeast from a farm in Voss in southern Norway and a recently developed hop variety from the Pacific Northwest of the US. Ekuanot hops and kveik yeast contribute complex aromas of orange peel, pine, peach, and white pepper, which combine with rich brown sugar and honey to balance the moderate bitterness of this hoppy farmhouse ale.
