A style originally brewed for Belgian miners, our grisette (meaning "little grey" in French) is low in alcohol and made from 50% white wheat malt, giving her slight sweetness and body. Rosehips are added throughout the boil adding hints of floral and tart notes that linger on the palate. Lightly dry-hopped with German Select Spalter for a spicy, citrus flavor and aroma. The saison yeast lends esters of lemon and herbs. Unique, delicate, golden & hazy, there is no other when you are with her.
