We wanted to see what the American hop variety Azacca was like on its own so we brewed a singe hop IPA with it. We found that Azacca produces some really unique flavours and aromas reminiscent of "Hubba Bubba" bubble gum and strawberry jam.
The result is a golden crisp IPA with a really cool hop character.
