This New Zealand pilsner derives from the traditional Czech style brewed with pilsner malt and cold-fermented with lager yeast. But that's where the tradition ends. We use all New Zealand hops and put most of them late in the brew to promote more hop flavour and aroma than you would expect from a traditional pilsner. This makes our core range pilsner crisp and clean with a destinctive New Zealand hop character.
