Woodruff Berliner Weisse. 4 month Lacto-bretts ferment. Real dried woodruff was used in the boil and 'dry-woodruffed', hence the healthy green colour. This beer matters to the me personally, since my dad used to work that Kindl and Schultheiss - the breweries that invented this beer style. Prost!
