Cold Brew is a Schwarzbier designed to take on the classic coffee beer, being dry and light as opposed to sweet. We cold steeped all the dark grains overnight to develop coffee and chocolate notes with minimal burnt or bitter flavours. A delicate hopping of Amarillo & Ekuanot bring some fruitiness to the lager, but Climpson & Sons Brazilian coffee really shines through with fudge and caramel notes in abundance.
