We have brewed up a Belgian Strong Golden ale and then tweaked it for a full on experience. Partially soured and then blended back together and aged in Chardonnay barrels for 4 months. We have added Peaches and Nectarines for flavour and Juniper and Lavender for aromatics. Tart, herbaceous, fruity and complex.
