We brought together elements of an American brown ale with a subtle Belgian yeast strain to create the malty base beer. After aging in grape brandy barrels for over five months, we de-barreled and added cherry puree and bitter orange peel. After two weeks of aging on the fruit, this beer has come into its own and provides a unique drinking experience in replicating an Old-Fashioned cocktail in beer form
