Rather than walk the more established road of West Coast IPAs, we’ve opted for “the one less traveled by.” Ours is a New England IPA. An IPA for Robert Frost and JFK. An Atlantic anomaly that lacks the bold (occasionally belligerent) hoppiness of its Pacific cousin. Instead, this is a juicy beer with a tropical aroma and gentle mouthfeel, free from the bitterness and bite that has made breweries like Lagunitas and Stone famous for their IPA.
