It is a chocolate black gose. Kettle soured and sea salt added like a typical gose (omit coriander), but with some de-bittered black malt for a dark color and then liquid cacao added. The final result is like drinking a slightly tart salted chocolate truffle. Because of the acidity, the beer finishes pretty dry. It is a unique drinking experience.
