OK, one more hoppy banger to talk about. Finally had a chance to try this one and pick up real tasting notes for it. We’ve changed it around a little bit. It’s meant to fly in the face of all the super sweet IPAs these days. All hard dank ripe fruitiness. So more of a throwback to the classic West Coast IPA. Peach and apricot stone fruit and a light bit of green hop bite. Good caramel body from a simple 2d row malt bill. Expressive and strong bitterness and a bone dry finish and a lingering astringency.
