Another tiny batch brew from Seven Sheds and one in which the journey before it reached the inside of the limited number of handwritten bottles was lengthy. The base beer was brewed in July 2016 then frozen after primary fermentation; the ice crystals were then extracted to leave behind an more intense and boozier drop. Dark in hue, feisty in terms of rich dark malt and sweet alcohol aromas and flavours, it's a sipper to warm your cockles through cold Tasmanian nights.
