This limited summer series is brought to you by our Assistant Brewer, Brian. For the 2018 version, easy drinkability during the warm weather was the goal. He developed a relatively simple malt bill of flaked field grains. He then added copious amounts of Hull Melon and Mosaic hops. The resulting beer pours a hazy yellow color crowned by a big white head. Aromas of strawberry and citrus come through on the nose. The mouthfeel is very soft accompanied by additional citrus fruit character and a smooth finish
