A funky and fruity saison. We use Belgian pale and wheat malts to give this beer a light bready base that finishes exceptionally dry. This beer uses Citra hops exclusively for all of the boil and dry hop additions which when paired with our blended saison yeast strains creates great citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
