A golden base beer inoculated with our house bug cocktail and left to ferment in stainless steel for 3 months. Several hundred pounds of freshly picked Mississippi blueberries were added and left to re-ferment for another 2 months. This beer delivers a sour punch supported by funky berry finish. Naturally conditioned.
