The classic Bavarian brew with a fruity twist. Based on our Signature Highland Hefeweizen it’s packed with just the right amount of fruity goodness, yielded from 25lbs of locally grown NYS Strawberry’s from Lagoner Farms in Williamson. As the style demands this wheat beer is medium-bodied and practically exploding with white wheat, pilsner and NYS Pale malt character. Lightly hopped with Hallertauer hops then fermented to perfection with the addition of juice strawberry character this beer is a go to brew for hot summer days and cool nights.
