The beer is a celebration of our birth on March 17, 2010. It celebrates our commitment to remain diverse and experimental in the creation of our brews. Birthday Brew 8 highlights malt complexity by utilizing five base malts and two specialty malts but also showcases a heavy hand of American hops for balance. Featuring Four Star Cascade, Centennial, and Pepite for massive aromas of herbal citrus and Chinook for a fresh, resinous character. This brew is designed to become more complex as the years pass and can be enjoyed for future birthdays! So cheers to eight years of great beers!
