A traditional Belgian Witbier using the classic Celis White yeast strain, but with a twist – this witbier uses a wide array of flaked and adjunct grains, namely rye, oat, and flaked barley to provide a creamy textured mouthfeel, while remaining crisp and refreshing. Look for notes of lemon, coriander spice, and orange peel.
