A classic American Blonde, ale identifiable by its slight honey sweetness up front that drys out to a crisp finish. The hop addition of Waimea lends to notes of apricots, lemon, and black tea. The equally balanced hops and malt makes for a very refreshing crafted beer. Every brewery seems to start with a Blonde Ale so we had to make sure we checked that box.
