Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailCherry Diddily

The beer that started our Diddily Series. This Flanders inspired red sour is loaded with 7.5 lbs per barrel of Montmorency cherries, hand picked by our brewery staff from our owner's cherry tree. Brewed with pale malt, malted wheat, biscuit malt, and melanoidin malt for notes of graham cracker and caramel. Hopped with whole cone centennial hops - “Fine and dandy like sour candy.”
