Cafuné is a 6% aromatic IPA with coffee addition. This beer was brewed with our friends from Oitava Colina and aims to challenge preconceived concepts about IPAs.
With a generous use of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop, this creation presents intense citric aromas. It also features tangerine and papaya notes, and finishes with subtle roasted and caramel flavors, from the lightly toasted Colombian, Kenyan and Ethiopian coffees used.
