Our firstborn! This specimen has a subtle scent with citrus notes. A good translucence with white foam and amber colored body. It has a soft and slightly sweet start with sharp orange notes. Bitterness? Yes ... It is present but with low intensity. Average carbonation and fine bubble typical of ales.
