Is it an IPA? Is it Coffee? Actually its both! We started with a conservative IPA malt base to showcase the all Citra IPA. Then our friends at Chesapeake Bay Coffee Roasters paired a single origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with the Citra to create a perfect melding of flavors and aromas. We dry hopped it with Citra and then with the coffee to impart huge coffee aroma and flavor. Can there really only be one? Not this time Highlander.
