Fermented and aged on a strain of Brettanomyces known as Lambicus, often found in traditional lambics, this strain produces a slight cherry-pie-like aroma and flavor and lots of earthy Brett. Barrel-aged over two months pours with a pale rose-hue this ale has aromas and flavors of pear, stone fruit, and leather.
