This single hop DIPA series was created to display the unique characteristics of individual hop varietals. For this version, we double dry-hopped the beer with Southern Star hops. An incredibly unique South African varietal, this hop displays a quite floral aroma followed by flavors of passionfruit and pear with an acidic hop bite in the finish.
